The thirteenth century Persian poet Jalal Al-Din Rumi wrote, “Love is the whole thing. We are only pieces.” In today’s exploration of the theme of Love, we’ll celebrate the ways in which “we are the pieces” of the loving spirit of Unitarian Universalism.
– Wendy Bartlett has worked for the Cuyahoga County Public Library since 2006. She graduated from the Unitarian Universalist House of Studies with a Master of Divinity degree in 2021. Wendy is involved with social justice issues including anti-racism and LGBTQ concerns. She lives with her grown-up son, a cat, and a grandcat in Fairlawn, Ohio.
