The Witness for Justice team at Old South Church in Kirtland is showing the documentary film “Bad Faith” on Sunday, Oct. 13, at 12:30 pm and everyone from East Shore UU is invited.
The film is a documentary on Christian Nationalism’s Unholy War on Democracy. Ken Burns, the award-winning documentary filmmaker, states “Bad Faith” is “a great and powerful and timely film, filled with the dread this moment engenders; the cynical misuse of religion to advance aims dramatically the opposite of Christianity’s mission”.
The film will be shown in the Anchor Lamp room, the same room where our previous events have occurred. Lunch will be provided starting at 11:30 am. Please let email Karen & Joe Mulloy so they know how many lunches to prepare.
