This month UUs Together welcome Dr. Philip Loring of The Nature Conservancy. Dr. Loring will talk to us about what ecology and social science can tell us about interdependence and its deep relationship with diversity and justice, with examples that span from prehistory to the modern day. In interdependence, he believes, is the blueprint for a renewed and reimagined kind of human progress. Dr. Loring is the Global Director, Human Dimensions Science, for The Nature Conservancy’s Global Science Team.
The Zoom Link for this meeting will be sent out via the church’s main Google Group prior to the meeting or you can contact our UUs Together coordinator for East Shore, Marjie Loring.
