There will be a purple tote bin by the back door for donations of items to the local domestic violence shelters.
Please donate items such as toilet paper, paper towels, new clothing and shoes for women and children, hygiene items, etc. These things are needed by the women and children who leave their abuser with nothing but the clothes on their backs.
If you think there is something that you would want in that situation, put it in the box. It doesn’t have to be on the list. While not an essential, I liked when people donated trial sizes of makeup and perfume. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated by the residents of these shelters.
