East Shore has had a system in place for when we should suspend in person services and meetings in the church. All 3 counties, Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga have been assigned a level purple risk of COVID transmission. So in person business at the church is canceled for at least the next month.
The church is closed to non essential visitors.
The Board of Trustees has made this decision out of an abundance of caution for the welfare of our staff, our congregation and our visitors. It is our hope that this surge in cases will be a relatively quick episode and that we will be meeting in person again soon. Our next ad hoc committee meeting in January 27 at 7:30. We will be researching and carefully tracking the statistics related to the Covid pandemic until that time.
